A word from the founders

We founded Obviable in 2026 to solve a simple problem: the gap between intelligence and measurable business outcomes.

Every SaaS company generates millions of customer signals. Yet most retention and expansion decisions are still driven by intuition, fragmented data, and reactive workflows. Not because teams lack talent or tools, but because the right signals rarely reach the right people at the right time.

We experienced this problem from opposite sides.

Simon spent years researching interpretable machine learning at Thales before deploying predictive systems at scale across industries. He kept seeing the same pattern: even the most accurate model creates no value if the people responsible for acting on it cannot understand or trust its predictions.

Sonia spent two decades selling data intelligence to business operations teams, and watched the same three problems repeat everywhere: data that nobody agreed on, decisions blocked by misaligned definitions, and actions taken without knowing their impact.

The problem was never a lack of data.
It was the gap between intelligence and action.

That led us to three convictions:

  1. Customer behavior already contains the signals that predict churn and expansion.
  2. Revenue teams need applied intelligence, not another dashboard.
  3. AI should amplify human performance, not replace it, because the last mile, the conversation that turns an at-risk account into a retained one or an opportunity into a closed deal, requires ability and trust that no model can replicate.

Obviable transforms customer behavior into clear, actionable signals, tells teams where to focus, and continuously measures its impact on retention, expansion, and revenue.

Because intelligence only matters when it leads to action, and action only matters when it drives measurable results.
